Pulling Custom Data from Single Source into Multiple Tabs

I am trying to create five separate tabs of data from a single mass database including details of every property in our real estate portfolio. The database lists each property by their assigned 3-digit property number. The property database has one column for each ownership entity (i.e. an individual or a trust), and indicates how much ownership interest that entity has in the property. See the 'Database' tab of the attachment for an example.



What I need to do is populate a table in each owner's tab with information on the properties in which he or she has an ownership stake. For example, principal owner John Smith owns 25% of the GP in five separate properties, so I need to pull data into table under his tab for those five properties. See the 'Form' tab for an example of the ownership entity tab. I also need to be able to automatically update these tabs as we continue to update and add properties to the database. Any ideas on how I can do this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
