I need a scoring program that works in excel

I put on low rider car shows and need a scoring program that will allow me input a persons name, club, category, year, make , model of vehicle, and score.
The low riders jump up and down. I need some spreadsheet that will allow me to input information on one screen and show up on another screen. The competitors have 2 chances to hop their cars. i need to be able to input the scores and have them auto populate the scores on the secondary screen.
