Array Formula works perfectly in Excel 2007 but don't work in GDoc

Hello,

Please help...I have a docs for recruitment. Array formula working perfectly in Excel 2007 (thanks to wildknife) but when I transferred to Gdocs to share the formula no longer working and just give blank spreadsheet.

I'm doing a recruitment status updates where in masterlist I will get the status of each candidates and automatically put them in different tab e.g. Hired, Interview-in-Progress, Waiting, Reject also with their status.

I attached the sample spreadsheet. Please help how I can make this formula works in gdocs..here's the formula I'm using:
