Google Sheet : Script Blinking Cell Never Stop Time Based on CF Formula

hi all

this script work properly, but i want to modified how the code in cell K3 with background using Conditional Formatting
how to blinking in cell L3 based on CF red in cell K3 contains word "red" AND blinking can always without stopping time based on word "red"
