Search GSheets for Criteria, Highlight Them Red

Hi excelhelpforum team,
Thanks for your help in the past, I have posted a lot.

We are in Google Sheets (attached), and want to search Job Title column for any of 60 terms. Once the term is found, we want to highlight the entire row red.

Let's say the "no list" is Associate Investment Director and Managing Director for column B.
