2 Column Search Options then Show Results (Google Sheets)

In this case, A1 cell should look only in Team A data while if User needs to look at Team B data, then User should type in B1 cell. In Excel, the formula shared by Bo_Ry works but it doesn't work in Google Sheet which I need to use it there too. In Google Sheet, it gives me "ERROR Formula Parse Error".
