2 Column Search Options then Show Results (Google Sheets)

I tried it in Google Sheets but it didn't work, I've been trying to solve it but could not. Why would it give me an "ERROR Formula Parse Error" in Google Sheets but not in Excel. hope you could help. here is the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing
