Help with Formula for Google Form with 5 Questions

Hi I have created a simple google form with 5 questions. Each questions answer populates a google sheet. Within that sheet are a series of columns that have simple formulas that generate information I want to create a zapier zap to auto populate information in my system at work. MY question is since forms creates a new row "2" each time whats the most effective formula process? I have tried arrays but for some reason the way I write it its gives the same information in each cell or the column when they need to be unique to each. I appreciate the help. Thanks
