How do i make google sheet pivot table consistent?

As stated in the title, i wanna make the field to be consistent. For instance, Yes, No, and others in every category. Google Sheets btw, how do i do that?

Select one of the cells in the pivot table that is in the category column.

Right-click -> Field Settings

Layout & Print

Check box - 'Show items with no data'

Its google sheets, not microsoft excel
