How to hide and show certain rows by a click in google sheets

Hi,

I would like to know if its possible to hide and show certain rows in google sheets by one click. Another way could be to create dropdown menus, does anyone know how to do this. If you look at my picture one, the sheet is organized to certain months, and when january is finished I would like to hide row 3-5 (picture 2) by clicking on January. Can someone help me with this?
