Google sheets, auto email by script

i can set a trigger on the sheet it self, so i can make it call a script at a set time, it does not need to be scripted into the code itself, thanks for this i will have a look and see if i can get it working, thanks for fast reply.

Also how would i go around picking for example row B F H to send that data in the email as appose to all of the row?
