Timed blinking/flashing cell contents

Morning all! I'm quite new to VBA Codes so am on a steep learning curve! I'm would like to make a specific cell flash/blink for a couple of seconds after opening the file. My aim is to make the cell contents noticeable so don't mind whether the text gets bigger then smaller or if the background changes colour. I don't want want it to flash all the time but just after the file is opened for a couple of seconds or so. I hope someone can help!! Thanks.
