I have data in column A and Column B but the data is look like this

The Data Should Look Like this

Column A ColumnB ColumnC ColumnD
Name Address1 Address2 Address3
Joseph J 123,Jalan 1 Rayrrow View 47100 PJ



*Some Data may go up to Address 5
