Macro to copy the data from a closed file to another work book using filters

Hi All

Looking for a macro to copy the data from a closed file to another work book using filters

 Transfer data from raw file with Approved in filter for overall status and blanks from Raw file name “GRC DATA2”.
 Add an email ID column and Comments Columns at the end of all the headers
 Create a message box pop to ask to enter email ids manually into EMAIL ID and comments into comments columns
