Problem using a macro

I have created a macro and it is saved as a macro and works great. I am using Sugarsync which I guess is similar to Dropbox and the file with the macro is in a shared folder so at the other end they don't need to save it but rather just open it to use it. The problem is they are getting an error message when attempting to use the macro button, the message saying the macro is not available. Is anyone familiar with these products to know if this should be working?

I looked at the security settings because the macro was still there. I changed them on each computer to allow the macro and we are good to go.
