Mail Range/Selection WITH A Short Message

Hi Folks,

I have the following code:

After the last return ( "Please let this work" & vbNewLine & vbNewLine & _ "") I would like to copy and paste all the data in columns D and E (not including blanks) into the email as part of the message.

I achieved this in another macro using AppActivate and SendKeys but there has got to be a more elegant solution... Right?
