Display text on select cell

when i select cell 1 i want to display text above (SKL), for cell 2 to display text AR ...

is that possible? i need to display only on select, but if there is a value to not display on select

Is possible to display text on selected cell. So when i select (with mouse) cell 3 i want above text (PR) is displayed/written in that selected cell, when i unselect cell text must dissapear. For cell 8 text TOK, etc...
