yeah, i know.. sorry for that... don't really know what is that called. all they want is to create a data bank were they can search updates or information.

What sort of information? What sort of updates? You haven't given even a fraction of enough information to be able to give you any assistance I'm afraid.

What do you actually want? What is it going to be used for? What sort of information do you want to put in it?
