Macro to download a file

Hello Everyone

I am trying to create a macro that will download a pdf file from URL specified in a cell. Below is my code. Right now after I run the macro the file is created, but obviously it does not download properly. I am a total newbie in VBA and it's been 3 hours since I started with this code. Please help.

Ok, I got it.

There was an issue with URL address. It works with another one.
