How to get title from Hyperlink

It is possible to get the title of a hyperlink?

I found the below UDF function to extract the address (URL) of a hyperlink, but I don't know hot to get the title.

No, I mean text that appears floating when you pass over the mouse.

When I see the hyperlink data with Ctrl+K, the text I want to extract is shown as "ScreenTip..."
