    delete codes that are not required

    hi ,

    I have 3 columns, column " a" has I productid number
    column "d" has the same numbers
    column 3" has the product number in it

    what I want to do is blank out all the product numbers that are in " yellow" in column "a" from column "d" maybe about 300 of them
    please see file attached

    What is the criteria for deleting the product no.? Is it only cell which are yellow colored or some logic behind it? Moreover do you want to clear the cells or delete the whole row?

    hi

    I want to delete the data in column "d" that is the same number as column "a" and "d"
    for example

    number 159 is yellow in column "a" so blank the cell one no 159 in column d" and the the product number in column "e"

    Not excatly sure of what you wish to do but based on the yellow color (index value = 6) this macro will clear content in D and E column if A column is yellow.
