Change some values & transfer the data to other sheets

Hi Excel Gurus,

Sorry there are two parts to it or if it can be done better let me know
I need to from the ("sheet" "url_path") convert the text to lower case add the dashes between all the words and paste it in the "sheet" "import” column “N2” & then add .html to the same line & paste it in ("sheet" "import” column “O2” (see the attachment “url_path” I have manually done the first two rows

Second Part
I need to cut & paste from "category_id to ("sheet" import") the data to the relavant columns

category_id: Column “A2” to be copied to sheet import Column “F2”
Category_id: Column “B2” to be copied to sheet import Column “H2” & “BR2”
Category_id: Column “C2” to be copied to sheet import Column “E2”
Category_id: Column “D2” to be copied to sheet import Column “AI2” & “AJ2”
Category_id: Column “F2” to be copied to sheet import Column “Z2”
Category_id: Column “G2” to be copied to sheet import Column “AB2”
Category_id: Column “H2” to be copied to sheet import Column “K2” “L2” & “M2”
Category_id: Column “I2” to be copied to sheet import Column “CA2”
