macro delete rows

Hi everyone.
The macro in the attached workbook is used to delete selected rows.
It works almost fine.
If I select the last row present the macro creates the date in the last row
the date is automatically inserted in A by clicking in the B:K range
it shouldn't do this if I delete the last line.
I hope I have explained myself.
