I need to make data entry user form

I am dayan working as a data analyst, in saudi arabia. actually I was born bred in sri lanka but currently I am attend on duty abroad where in saudi arabia. I have thousands of customers to enter daily whom are coming from different countries daily. so i have to manually type them. I need a big help someone who can write for me a good vba code using userform to enter details as follows.
employee name
employee id
employee iqama
employee iqama expiry date
passport number
passport issue place
passport expiry date
joining date
project transfer
remarks
