    Selecting between certain characters

    Hello,

I have a a list of different account combinations such as:
    1200-ENG-40-G10
    1200-FIN-42-G5

The list can also have blanks in between hyphens like:
    1200-ENG-39-G11--55566

I would like to separate each segment's value to their own column. Like 1200 to B, ENG to C etc.

Any ideas on this? MID doesn't really work for this one..

    Thanks already in advance!
