VBA automatically delete data on sheet

Hi Guys!

I asked yesterday about making excel automatically create a summary for all my excel sheets (where John, the forum expert, helped me with).
But now my problem is this, every time I generate or run the macro, it picks every required data including those that it has already picked up.

What i need is for excel to "refresh" the summary sheet every time i run the macro.
