Automatic attachment of a form to a particular email when clicked....

Dear Experts,

I have prepared a excel table, which generates request number atuomatically, based on basic information entered.

Usually, I copied the generated "QRF Number" and pasted it in a particular MS word base document and send it to the client....

Now, i am trying to carry out all this activities when in two steps....( please refer the attachment....)

I don't know, how to do it exactly, due to my very limited knowledge of VBA....

Please guide..
