Pull a Hidden frame when clicked command button.

I am very new to VBA. Can any one help me write a code to pull a hidden frame when I click a command button. I have Uploaded a Sample worksheet on my requirement.

What do you mean by "pull a hidden frame"? Do you mean to make it visible? If so:

Private Sub SELPYbtn_Click()
    PLYLISTfr.Visible = True
End Sub
