    in a column adjacent to your data assuming data has headers in row 1
    so say your data goes from a1:j100
    leave k1 blank
    in k2 put

    =COUNTIF(A2:J2,"*RND*")
    select range a2:j100
    data/filter/advanced
    filter in place
    make sure list range is a1:j100
    criteria range is $k$1:$k$2
    click ok
