Pop up message for real time streaming data

Hi,

I have no knowledge of VB....Need help on an existing macro..( which I got from help on this forum only)

I have live data getting updated in cells D5:D15
Anytime if any of the cell value goes below 10, the macro pop ups a message.
The only issue is that the macro keeps popping up every time the value in cells D5:D15 changes and is below 10.
I want the macro to stop checking for those cells where the cells B5:B15 already have "ChK VOL" OR stop checking for cells (D5:D15) after the first value of less than 10 appears.
