Tab Index

I placed a few text and combo boxes into a frame, and for some reason, the tabs are all wrong. I have tried to adjust the Tab Index so that it cycles properly, but it is not accepting my changes. When I try to change one from a Tab index of 5 to 6, it keeps reverting back to 5. Is there a way to correct this, or do I just remove the frames?

To attach a Workbook
(please do not post pictures of worksheets)

• Click Advanced (next to quick post),
• Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
• Click that then select "add files" (top right corner).
• Click "Select Files" find your file, click "open" click "upload"
• Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
• Click "Done" at bottom right to close the Attachment Manager.
• Click "Submit Reply"

I cannot attach my workbook. It contains confidential information. I figured that the question was general enough and should not require a workbook.

Basically, would frames affect tab index?
