Posting data from Text and Dropdown box to a text box in same form but a different pag

Hi,

I have designed a Note Pad that has multiple Combo boxes, Check Boxes and Text Boxes. Basically this is a multipage design. The last page I have a Text box where I want all the selected information from page Decision, to be copied.
I tried:
TextBox16.Text = Scoredropdown.Text

This copies the Information "A" into the text box. I would like to know if I want to add the information from the next Combo box or the text boxes in continuation to the Combo box Score dropdown, how do I do that. Can any one help me in this matter.
