VBA help need to highlight the cells based on the dates and insert respective cell values.

Folks,

I need a Macro or Formula to auto highlight the cells in the range of ("AL7: CG11") with black color based on the dates entered in the ragne of ("X7:AK11") and add the respective cell values from range ("X6: AK6") in the highlighted cells


I have attached the work book of what I am trying to accomplish.
