Macro for "Master" and "Child" products with image files

In order to import my products I need to be able to go from tab "MAIN" to tab "STEP 1" and if possible to "STEP 2", ideally with a Macro because manually it would take a really long time.

Basically in my MAIN tab I have so called child-products (i.e. products with an assigned color already). In the tab STEP 1 I would need to have a so-called master-product (the same product but without size and color combinations, named with "1" in the first column) followed by all of its child products which are "MASTER"-"color"-"size"; all of these in sizes 35 to 41.

Then as a second step I would need every "child product" so all of the products with a "0" in column A, to be repeated 3 times and each with its respective image file from colums K, L, M or "images", "images2" and "images3".

This is a very tough one and I really don't know how to do this, I'm not even sure this can be done! But I though I'd give it a try in this forum as you guys have saved my life in the past already!
