copy cell values in one cell based on value of adjacent cells

Hi all,
Need help.
What I want to achieve:
those cells have number 1 ( in column E) , adjacent cell values ( In Column D) are copied to G12 in the following format::
Mark,Lark ( i.e. cell value , cell value, etc)

is it possible ( with a command button)

If you move your values in Column E to column C, then you could employ this UDF, which works similarly to Vlookup and separates the values with a comma as you have asked for.
