VBA to put program names in the date range.

I need a vba code that will put the Employee's program name in the fields under the date range to represent their vacation days. However if the employee is off at a given day then the macro should be able to leave the days that the person is off blank. I have a start date and an end date for example the agents vacation begins on 2/17/2014 and ends 2/23/2014 if the agent is off on 2/21/2014 then the macro should leave that day blank and skip to 2/22/2014 and continue to 2/23/2014. I've attached a sheet and also the example.

I've tried one but I get an error. I also tried recording one but no good
