delete contents of cell if text is present

Need to search a sheet and find cells that contain the text "Requirement".
If found then i want that cell to become blank.

example
so in sheet1,

i have a number of columns and a number of rows

in cell A3 the value is - " there are requirements"
in cell F23, the value is -"the Requirement is"

since both cells have the word requirement, I want these cells to become blank.

Please help
