vba help needed to filter data then copy to another sheet by matching column header

Folks,

Please help me to filter data from sheet1 then copy to sheet2 based column header automatically.*

I have attached the work book of what I'm trying to accomplish.

Your code is working well. But one small issue is the column header order will vary some times in sheet2. And If I change the column header in sheet2 then the respective data should get updated accordingly.

Please advise whether is this possible.
