This is my first post. I am working in excel and would like to try and get the following concept working if possible :
1. Username and password for multiple users
2. User selects a certain account type (project - we have currently 17) at login the user selects Cisco for this example.
3. When they successfully login they can only edit a row that has cisco as its identifier or add a new row as Cisco and not be able to edit any other users project
rows unless its cisco. I dont think this can be done by specifiying a range as the user needs to be able to add rows.
4. Also have an admin account hat can change and see everything.
Is this possible in Excel/VBA or can anybody think of another to do this ? Thanks you for your help.
