Macro to insert picture in cell based off a value in same cell

Hello all,
I am brand new to macros and trying to do some self learning. I have a spreadsheet with flex charts in them from D9 thru S57. I am trying to put a value in the cells and insert a picture based off the value put in the same cell. Is this possible to do? Can anyone help me with this issue? I would like to find a code and then practice with it.
