Macro to add across the sheets with different criteria

I need to add accross the sheets with different criteria and am thinking excel formula does not cut it well. Attached is the query, any macro expert out there, please help

Charles,
The attached code consolidates all columns, not just columns A and B.
If you want just the 2 columns I will adjust the code.
