I am usually able to find solutions, but I have spent hours on this one trying to find a solution with no avail.... I have a very large worksheet I created with many filters, for various information. I would like to be able to send respective data that has been filtered, but have the rows of data that does not relate to them (nor do I want them to see), hidden.. I have Locked, Hidden each row, protected the sheet, but allowed sorting and using the auto filter... I want to keep the hidden rows, hidden when they apply the filter. When the worksheet is protected, they can select a particular filter and select the information they want to see and the respective information comes up, which is great... Problem is if they go back and select all the options that were there before they selected a filter, all the hidden rows become visible, therefore defeating the purpose. However, all the other protected options still exist; i.e not being able to select locked cells, etc.

I know there has to be a way, VBA, Macro, something to do this- I dont want to cut and paste, delete rows, etc. Can someone please help? Your quickest response would be greatly appreciated.
