Macro to highlight the difference between two spreadsheets

I need help on a macro. I receive an updated spreadsheet every two months and i need to compare the new spreadsheet to the prior spreadsheet. I need it to highlight the client that was not listed on the updated spreadsheet that was listed on the prior spreadsheet. I also have vlookup formulas in columns A, L, M. Thanks in advance.
