Dynamic Hyperlinking question - Invalid procedure or call argument

Hello.
I am a beginner at VBA and I've hit a wall. I have some massive spreadsheets that I have had to link manually in the past. I'm trying to do dynamic hyperlinking. I've done it using the same procedure in another excel sheet but the file path was different. Below is my code and I've checked the values in debug. Is it possible that the file path variable exceeds a limit? Can someone please tell me what is wrong. I'm sure it is something simple and I will be embarrassed, but I appreciate your help.
