Maximize Worksheet upon activation/Open

I am currently puting together a Directory and want each of the 19 programs and the worksheets to be maximized when they are opened. I know that there is an easy solution somewhere but it has stumped me. I am new to Excel/VBA sp please keep it easy to understand.

Put next code in ThisWorksheet and see what is does when opening the workbook....
