i have following problem about coloring text certainty with red when is met/find string "josh"

sample raw :

migual evan josh
andre josh michael
josh bush get it
etc...

after formula :

migual evan josh
andre josh michael
josh bush get it

The following code Will color any appearance of "Josh" in three cells ( A1,C2,E3) red.
