Sort within a single cell

How can i filter all of this to delete everything but Section # Township # Range # because thats the only relevant data for me


I did a query and that's the result it was imported all to a cell


my end result would be 3 colums section township range
# # #


how would i right a macro or vba for this? Ima newb

Simply because you have attached picture.
