    I want to understand what is behind A2 cell ? How this works ?

    Greetings,
    1-Open enclosed file.
    2-Go to last sheet.
    3-Type "ADANA" into A2 cell and press enter. (You will see that data changes.)

    It's simply looking up that value in the sheet indicated in the VLOOKUP formulae.
