Find and replace VBA function with content of cells.

Hello all!

I have been hitting my head on this Macro the whole afternoon. This topic is my last solution so if one of you knows the answer to my problem, many kisses

What I want the macro to do is to select the column P:P, scan the formulae of those cells to spot the parts of those formulae that contain the content of cell AE27 and replace them with the content of cell AF27

The code below is how far I've gotten.
