Edit, Delete, Search

Hello,

I am completely new to excel vba and have been slowly self teaching on how to do this. I have run into an issue I cannot seem to figure out. I want to mainly be able to edit, delete, and search on any field on my user form. If someone could offer some help on how to do this in the context of my spreadsheet, it is thoroughly appreciated. My file is attached below. Also if anyone goes to try to modify to make this work, please put sidenotes on the code so I can go in after and decipher the code and understand it
